The anonymous winner of a recent one-dollar raffle for a shopping spree at the Southside Harps Foods donated their winnings to the Batesville Family Violence Prevention shelters.
Maggie Addington, a Batesville Family Violence Prevention advocate, raced through the store to collect over $800 worth of groceries that will go directly to the shelters.
The raffle was a fundraiser for the Southside marching band.
