Citizens Bank promotes two to strengthen Call Center

Citizens Bank recently promoted Rhonda McKay and Amanda Crider to manage and enhance the operations of the bank’s Call Center in Batesville. McKay has been named Vice President – Call Center Manager.  Crider has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Call Center Coordinator. 

“Rhonda McKay has been instrumental in the advancement of our Call Center, providing Call Center personnel with the resources necessary to help customers who have questions or concerns about their account relationships with the bank,” said Janet Moore, senior vice president and chief operations officer.  “Amanda Crider has developed an extensive base of knowledge about bank operations, and strives every day to apply that knowledge to benefit and assist our customers in every way she possibly can.”

McKay began her banking career at Citizens Bank in 2008, and became account services manager in 2012.  She graduated from the Barrett Graduate School of Banking in Memphis in 2015.  She and her husband, Glen, live in Batesville, and have five grown children and 11 grandchildren.  They attend Cushman Baptist Church, where Glen is the pastor. 

Crider joined Citizens Bank in 2005 as an account processing clerk, and was elevated to call center coordinator in 2016.  She graduated this year from the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Program, and also the bank’s EDGE Program, which develops the leadership and performance skills of employees.  She and her husband, Shane, live in Batesville with their daughters, Macy and Carson.  The family attends Fellowship Baptist Church.
