Aislinn W. Depriest, 25, of Pleasant Plains was arrested after Independence County Sheriff Deputy John Marlow stopped a vehicle she was driving, according to documents filed in Independence County Circuit Court. Depriest had been speeding — 80 m.p.h. in a 60 m.p.h. zone.

Marlow found that Depriest had a warrant out of Bald Knob and was driving on a suspended driver’s license. Marlow said during a vehicle inventory, he found a white crystalline substance that tested positive as meth.
