UPDATE: Independence County Sheriff’s Dept. report stolen tractor found in Thida

UPDATE, 3:30 p.m., Jan. 3, 2018: The Independence County Sheriff’s Department has reported the tractor has been found in Thida. No arrests have been made but there is a person of interest.

The Independence County Sheriff’s Department is on the lookout for a 2017 Kubota M7060HD with a Kubota LA1154 front-end loader that was stolen from Camp Tahkodah Road.

Authorities believe it was possibly driven a distance on Camp Tahkodah Road from the farm, located across from Camp Tahkodah, toward Floral. (For more information on this story, click here.)

This tractor has a metal canopy top, a two spear hay fork (two long spears on the bottom of the front frame) on the front end, and a three spear hay fork on the rear (one long spear on top and two short spears on the bottom).

The tractor is also a 4 wheel drive tractor.

The tractor was taken sometime between 1 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2017 and 1 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2017.
