Former fast food employee enters guilty plea on theft charge

A former employee of Hardee’s Restaurant in Mountain View entered a negotiated plea of guilty in Stone County Circuit Court on a felony theft of property charge.

Roberto Daniel Perez, 38, was sentenced to 48 months probation, assessed a fine of $2500 plus court costs, and ordered to pay restitution to Hardee’s in the amount of $2,322.80.

The court information from Judge Tim Weaver’s court also said Perez must complete payment in full of the restitution amount on the sentencing date which was Jan 11.
