An agent with the Arkansas Community Correction Probation and Parole Officer, Brian Gould, found two parolees in possession of meth and drug paraphernalia, according to court documents.

Last week, Gould reported seeing Steve Charles Grant, Jr., 44, and Daryl Jerome Hill, 63, at an east Batesville gas station.

Both Grant, Jr. and Hill were found to be in possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.

Both were taken to jail and charged in Independence County Circuit Court with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.  Both have been previously convicted of four or more felonies and therefore charged under the Habitual Offender Act.

Both have been placed on $20,000 bonds.
