Stone County man enters guilty plea on two counts

Earlier this week, a Stone County man entered a negotiated plea of guilty in Stone County Circuit Court to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

David H. Muse, 54, was sentenced by Judge Tim Weaver to 72 months probation and 60 days in a regional correctional facility, with the jail time to be served before probation starts. Muse was also fined $2,500 plus ordered to pay $895 in court costs.
