Region 8 is on the case of an apparent serial flasher at The Mall at Turtle Creek in Jonesboro.
The first reported flashing incidents occurred at the mall’s Target store in January. (Click here to read the story.)
Now, there’s been another incident of a man flashing a store employee at the mall’s Payless ShoeSource outlet.
The man is described as “…a black man in his 20s with short, straight hair and a goatee. He was approximately 5-feet-10 and weighs about 160 pounds.”
