A Reyno, Ark., man was struck and killed by a pickup truck in Randolph County Sunday, April 22, according to Arkansas State Police.
State Police Corporal Gary Ladner said Joshua Allen, 30, was walking on Hwy. 115 at Maynard, when a pickup truck came over a hill and struck him.
The driver of the pickup, who was not named in the report, was not injured in the accident. Ladner said it was raining at the time of the accident.
