As of noon today, a survey of counties in the 19th Senatorial District of Arkansas found that 3,043 votes have been cast by early voting,
Independence County has cast about one-half of those early votes: 1,453. Stone County has 308 early votes. Randolph County has 410 early votes recorded while Izard County has 245 early votes. Fulton County has 353 early votes, and Sharp County has 274.
Early voting continues through next Monday, May 21.
