Via their Facebook page, the Stone County Sheriff’s Office is reporting parole absconder Phillip Callahan is in custody. In addition to his charge of parole absconding, Callahan was also wanted for kidnapping, felony fleeing, and terroristic threatening.
More details will be released on Monday, according to Sheriff Lance Bonds’ department.
