The City of Southside celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony this morning at the site of the future Southside City Hall on Hwy. 167. Local and area dignitaries, including Southside Mayor Ray Bowman, State Rep. James Sturch, State Sen. Linda Collins-Smith, and Independence County Judge Robert Griffin, were on hand along with the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors.
