A Celebration of Service was held at mid-day yesterday (June 27) at the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville (UACCB) for longtime employees Tina Paul and Beverly Moss. Both are retiring from their positions.
This scribe did not know Beverly Moss, but I’ve have heard comments about her outstanding abilities to serve the staff and students at UACCB.
I did know Tina Paul. Tina served under 4 chancellors and for almost 20 years at UACCB in several capacities. I got to know her well when she worked closely with Chancellor Frazier as her administrative assistant, and as the administrator of the school’s Foundation Board.
Tina worked with this company to promote many events on campus including the “Friends in Great Places” concerts with Danny Dozier.
Tina was a joy to work with and excellent at her craft. I will always remember her burning desire for every high school graduate in this area who wanted one, the opportunity for a higher education. We wish Beverly, Tina, and their families well.
