The Monday night shooting at Sulphur Rock in Independence County is still being investigated by the Independence County Sheriff’s Department as the agency looks for two male suspects — 34-year-old Joseph Bramblett and 34-year-old Dennis Berger, Jr.

Both men have Sulphur Rock as their address.
The sheriff’s department says it also wants to interview a person of interest, Michelle Bramblett of Newport. Authorities haven’t been able to find her either.
All we know about the victim is that he is 36 years old, and he suffered two bullet wounds.
He was found lying in a field by deputies when they arrived around 8 p.m. Monday. Deputies were dispatched to the area after a female called 911 to report the shooting incident.
