The second suspect involved in the July 16 shooting incident that took place in Sulphur Rock is now in custody, according to a Facebook post from the Independence County Sheriff’s Office.
Joseph Bramblett (pictured above) is now in custody and is charged with first-degree battery and possession of a firearm by certain person. Bramblett is also wanted as a parole absconder.
Last week’s shooting injured George Bailey after an altercation near Bramblett’s residence.
