It was time to cut the ribbon yesterday for “Volunteer Way” — the name of the new eastern entrance to the White River Medical Center (WRMC) off 20th St. in east Batesville.
The ribbon cutting was Thursday morning for the new medical center entrance. At the ceremony, Batesville Mayor Rick Elumbaugh said it is important to remember the local family, who many years ago, made a wonderful donation to the city.
