A man formally sentenced last month in Stone County Circuit Court on a multitude of counts — including sexual assault, video voyeurism, and intimidating a witness — has been transferred to a state correctional unit to serve out the 75-year term. (Click here and here for more info on the original story.)

In August, 38-year-old Matthew Brian Ming entered a negotiated guilty plea that included 23 counts of sexual assault in the second degree; 23 counts of introducing a controlled substance into the body of another; 31 counts of video voyeurism; two counts of violation of an order of protection; and 10 counts of intimidating a witness.

Ming was being held in Stone County and has now been turned over to the Arkansas Department of Corrections to serve out his 75-year sentence at the Ouachita River Correctional Unit in Malvern.
