Weekend search in disappearance of Jonesboro woman turns up nothing

prescott-5

A Jonesboro woman, who went missing Aug. 31 is still unaccounted for with her family urgently wanting her found.

Lisa Prescott vanished on August 31.  She was last seen at about 6 p.m. at her home in the Griffin Park subdivision of Jonesboro.  Prescott’s sister-in-law stopped by and only found the front door open and her dog having “free run” of the house, something Prescott did not allow.  She left behind her purse, keys and cell phone.

A search party of 40 volunteers combed the general area last weekend without success.

Lisa Prescott is 53 years old and was last seen wearing a Winnie the Pooh pajama top and robe, which featured “Eeyore” the Donkey.
