Independence County Extension Agent and Family Consumer Education Director Julian Carpenter recently spoke to Susan Parker’s Eagle Mountain Elementary Health Lab in Batesville to discuss the foods that are healthy as well as things that are unhealthy, such as sodas and energy drinks. The class ended with Carpenter showing the students how to make banana pudding in a bag.
