A Mountain View man is in custody after being charged in Stone County Circuit Court with sexual assault in the second degree.
Court documents say 18-year-old Brandon Mills engaged in sexual contact with a female under the age of 14. According to the court information, the incident occurred on Sunday, Nov. 4 of this year.
A local judge has placed Mills under a $50,000 bond.
