A tribute has been planned for the retiring chief executive officer of the White River Health System — Gary L. Bebow.
The event is scheduled for Friday, Dec. 14, at the White River Medical Center’s Josephine Raye Rogers Center for Women and Imaging Conference Center, 1750 Harrison St., in Batesville, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Under Bebow’s leadership, the White River Health System has grown from just a Batesville concern to three hospitals and a system featuring medical outlets throughout north central Arkansas.
Bebow’s retirement is slated for the end of this year. He did recently say he would serve as an advisor for at least a year.
