The Independence County Sheriff’s Department Facebook page shared Tuesday evening that they along with several area emergency personnel agencies for the annual “Shop with a Hero” event.
“Shop with a Hero” teams local foster children with a ‘hero’ from the local emergency agencies along with spending allowance to allow the child shop for holiday gifts.
