The investigating officer for the Arkansas State Police, Cpl. Daniel Riley, said the victim, Roger Jones Jr., 22, was driving his GMC pickup west the highway when he attempted to negotiate a left-hand curve. His truck left the highway, struck a culvert, and overturned before striking a tree.
The crash occurred at 1:56 a.m., according to the report.
