Stone County man charged after pot, meth found during traffic stop

A routine traffic stop has led to a Stone County man being charged with drug-related felonies.

Michael E. Feezor, 40, was stopped on a traffic violation on Dec. 31. An investigation ensued when the smell of burnt marijuana came from the vehicle, according to court documents. Not only was marijuana found, but also methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia associated with those narcotics.

Feezor is charged in Stone County Circuit Court two felonies and two misdemeanors involving the drugs. He is also being charged as a habitual offender.

Feezor was placed in jail and on a bond of $15,000.
