Third District P.A. Henry Boyce sworn in for fifth term

Henry Boyce was recently sworn in for a fifth term as prosecuting attorney for the Third Judicial District by Circuit Judge Harold Erwin. The ceremony occurred in the courtroom of the Sharp County Courthouse.

Boyce’s seven deputy prosecutors were also sworn in by Erwin immediately following Boyce’s oath of office.

“I am honored to begin my next term as prosecutor for the Third District and look forward to serving the people with the administration of justice,” said Boyce.
