WRMC Rheumatology Clinic welcomes new provider

The WRMC Rheumatology Clinic and Shailendra Singh, MD are pleased to announce the association of Caitlin Andryka, MPAS, PA-C.

As a physician assistant (PA), Andryka’s responsibilities include the evaluation and treatment for patients with rheumatic diseases that may affect bone, joints, muscles, skin, and other tissues. She works with patients to manage conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, lupus, polymyalgia rheumatic, and other autoimmune disorders.

PAs are medical professionals who diagnose illness, develop and manage treatment plans, and prescribe medications as the patient’s healthcare provider.

Andryka completed a Bachelor of Science from Allegheny College in Meadville, Penn. She completed her Master of Science from the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio. Andryka is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Andryka has a passion for direct patient care. She is focused on providing quality care to the WRMC Rheumatology Clinic patients throughout their diagnosis and treatment. She hopes to improve the quality of life for patients afflicted by rheumatology conditions in the Batesville and surrounding areas.

“I am excited to have joined the WRMC family and for my own family to become a part of the local community,” said Andryka. “I hope to make a positive impact on the patients in my care.”

Andryka and her husband, Michael, have two golden retrievers: Duke and Ali.

The WRMC Rheumatology Clinic is located at 12 Hospital Circle, Suite A, in Batesville. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. New patients are accepted by referral from a primary care provider.
