Legislation for Arkansas to adopt year-round standard time and eliminate daylight saving time in the state has been introduced.
Sarah Capp, a state representative from Ozark, is the lead sponsor of House Bill 1368.
The bill, filed today in Little Rock, calls for Arkansas to be exempt from daylight saving time.
