Lyon College junior Linda Fowler has been named the recipient of the Friends of the North Fork and White Rivers Scholarship. The scholarship benefits a full-time student pursuing a major or minor in biology, with preference given to one whose cumulative grade point average is 3.0 or higher and who participates in the Arkansas Game & Fish Stream Team, if possible.
Fowler is majoring in biology and chemistry and minoring in physics. She is currently the leader for supplemental instruction in chemistry and a member of the honor council. She is also a member of Alpha Chi Honor Society and Chi Beta Phi National Science Honorary.
