A Black History Month celebration will be held Sunday, Feb. 24, at 6 p.m. at Independence Hall on the campus of the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville (UACCB). It is sponsored by the UACCB Multicultural Student Association and the Lyon College Black Student Association.
