An arrest warrant has been issued for a Desha man after he was charged in Independence County Circuit Court with aggravated assault.
The court information says David Raymon Gwinn, 56, is accused of assaulting a Sulphur Rock man, Wendall Dailey, with a baseball bat.
According to the court documents, the incident occurred on June 16, 2018. A bond has been set by Judge Chaney Taylor at $15,000.
