A Stone County man was recently re-sentenced in Stone County Circuit Court. The re-sentencing was to clean up some earlier paperwork from court, according to court documents.
Franklin Harvey Turner, 44, had previously entered a negotiated plea of guilty to theft of property from a crime committed on Feb. 9, 2018.
He was sentenced to 96 months in the state penitentiary and fined $2,500 plus court and associated costs.
