The Southside Lady Southerners bats exploded in Blytheville Thursday evening as they hammered their way to a 23-0 victory in only 3 innings over the Lady Chickasaws.
Katie Dennison, Maddie Poole and Blakeley Floyd had 2 hits each and Freshman Lexie Dale hit her first Home run in high school play as the Lady Southerners had 13 hits for the game.
Dennison got the win in the circle for the Lady Southerners pitching all 3 innings, allowing 1 hit and striking out 3.
The Lady Southerners improved to 3-1-1 overall and 2-1 in conference play.
