The Batesville Area Arts Council will host a Beginner Weaving Workshop on Saturday, March 30, at 12 p.m. at the BAAC Gallery on Main (226 E Main).
Instructor Carly Dahl will teach the basics of weaving, including the basic tabby weave, adding fringe, and finishing and hanging your piece.
All supplies will be provided to create your own wall hanging during this 2 to 3-hour class. The cost of this workshop is $50, which includes a small loom kit to take home and practice your new weaving skills.
