Previously convicted felon caught with illegal drug and paraphernalia, charged

During a “home visit” by a probation officer, a Newark woman, previously convicted of 4 or more felonies was taken into custody for being in possession of an illegal drug and also having drug paraphernalia in her possession.

The court records indicated the “home visit” occurred on April 19. and ended with Heather Marie Rudd, 44, going to jail.  

She is now charged in Circuit Court with 3 drug-related felonies, including being in possession of methamphetamine.

Her bond was set at $20,000.
