Independence County Library Summer Reading Program registration begins June 3


Children ages zero to 12 will explore all things space this summer as the Independence County Library presents “A Universe of Stories” during their Summer Reading Program.

Activities will include stories, crafts, singing, and more. Children may register anytime during the month of June at the library.

The kickoff event will be Magician Aaron Acosta, who will perform at the library on Wednesday, June 5 at 10:30 a.m. Storytimes, which begin June 12 will be at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. every Wednesday, and 4 p.m. every Thursday.

All participating children will receive a t-shirt at the end of the program, which is July 24. For more information, call (870) 793-8814.
