Sheriff’s Department looking for runaway from the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranch at Bethesda

A runaway juvenile was reported missing from the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranch at Bethesda on Tuesday.

According to a report from the Independence County Sheriff’s Department, Brianna Pilar Martinez, 15, was reported missing by an official at the ranch. The report said her home address is in Newport.

According to Phillip Ives, the ranch official, Martinez was brought to the Sheriffs’ Ranch around 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 22. He told police she was brought to the ranch for the weekend, and the Department of Human Services was to pick her up Monday morning.

Martinez was last seen around midnight on Sunday.

The Sheriff’s Department is asking the public for their assistance in locating Martinez.

Martinez is described in the police report as being 5 foot, 4 inches tall, weighing 101 pounds with hazel eyes and red hair. She is of slender build and was last seen wearing short shorts and a tank top.
