“It is a possible arson.”
Those are the words of Independence County Sheriff Shawn Stephens. He said his department responded to an address on Harrison Street — in the Magness area — to a structure fire which he described as “a possible arson fire.”
Stephens said there are suspects in the case which is under active investigation.
Also over the weekend, the sheriff said there was one domestic. He said there have not yet been any arrests in the case which is still under investigation.
