The Mountain View Police Department has charged Charles Wine, 36, for failing to report to the county Sex Offender Coordinator and verify his registration information including his place of residency.
Failure to do so is a Class C felony.
Wine was taken into custody on arrested Wednesday, Aug. 7, and was released the same day.
