A release from the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Department said the body found Monday near a residence on Union Hill Road in the southern part of Independence County was that of James Bushart, 49, of Lonoke County.

The information said Bushart was apparently killed at a residence in the 3800 block of Highway 89, just south of Cabot. The body was then carried by the suspects to Independence County where it was placed in a dumpster, according to the Lonoke County authorities.

Four suspects were identified and arrested. The suspects came from an on-going investigation and were identified as Christy Lea Dennis, 41; Robert Lloyd Clark, 44; Timmy Joe Hubmann, 41; and Robert Garner, 64, all of Lonoke County.

The suspects were all jailed with a no bond order, pending their first court appearance. Their charges include capital murder, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with physical evidence.
