76th White River Water Carnival schedule released

The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) and festival sponsors have announced the schedule of events slated for the 76th White River Water Carnival in Batesville.

The 2019 schedule of events is as follows:

11 a.m.: Opening of Vendors, Food Trucks, River City Cruiser’s Car Show, Kid Zone, Giant Slide, Smokin’ on the White BBQ Championship.
12 p.m.: Aquafly Performance (Professional Hydroflight Team)
1 p.m.: Ski & Wake Show
3 p.m.: Aqualfy Performance
4 p.m.: Ski & Wake Show
5  p.m.: 76th Annual White River Water Carnival Parade
6 p.m.: Cornhole Tournament
6:30 p.m.: Freddy’s Frozen Custard Eating Contest
7 p.m.: Aquafly Performance
7:30 p.m.: Ski & Wake Show
8:30 p.m.: Aquafly Performance (LED Night Show)

The White River Water Carnival is a free, family event that features entertainment, food vendors, craft and commercial vendors, a parade, and kids’ activities. Kids’ activities and the Patriot Slide require the purchase of an admission band and are sponsored by Bank of Cave City, Littlefield Oil, Pepsi, Southern Bank, Tooth Be Told, UAMS North Central, and Walmart. The River City Cruiser’s Car Show is sponsored by Wood Family Dealerships. The parade is sponsored by Citizen’s Bank. Other carnival sponsors include ARCare, Bad Boy Mowers, City of Batesville, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Home Depot, Life Plus, Mark Martin Ford & Kia, Merchants & Planters Bank, Ozark Mountain Poultry, Sherwood Urgent Care, Sonic Drive-In, Southern Charm, UPS Store and White River Now.
