UPDATE, Sept. 18, 2019, 9:35 a.m.: The Independence County Sheriff’s Department is reporting Jennings has been found safe.
A Silver Alert was issued last night for a Southside woman.
The Independence County Sheriff’s Department says Connie L. Jennings (pictured), 55, was last seen Sept. 3.
Jennings is described as approximately 5 feet 3 inches and weighs 118 pounds with brown shoulder-length hair, brown eyes, and a brown complexion. She was last seen wearing a light-colored blouse and dark-colored capris.
Authorities say she may be traveling in a 2008 Chevrolet Aveo. The license plate on that vehicle reads: 044 YCP.
