In another case, Lt. Dammon McGilton of the Stone County Sheriff’s Office saw Charly M. Sisk, 29, sitting in a vehicle in front of a residence on Oak Grove Loop on Oct. 1. McGilton knew Sisk had a warrant for her arrest, so he took her into custody, according to court documents.
