A Mountain View man, just out of jail after posting a bond on a terroristic threatening charge, is back in jail, apparently committing the same crime again, according to authorities.

Gary Ankeney (pictured), 42, had been charged with terroristic threatening on Sept. 29. He had signed a “conditions of bond” form on Oct. 2 which stated that he understood he could not have any contact with any victims involved in his case. That afternoon, court documents note he twice sent texts to his ex-wife. In the second text, he said — quoting from the Stone County Circuit Court information —  “…you can’t keep them (couple’s children) from me. I’ve talked to a lawyer and you are F—— dead.”

Ankeney’s new bond was set at $50,000.
