After being pulled over on traffic violations on Oct. 5, a Cabot, Ark., man, identified as Christopher A. Cagle (pictured), 35, was found to be driving on a suspended driver’s license. He was taken into custody, and an inventory of the vehicle was made.

Stone County Sheriff’s Deputies Joseph Blake and Michael Stewart found in the vehicle a glass smoking pipe and a baggie containing what tested positive as methamphetamine, according to the report.  At the Stone County Jail, Cagle was charged with felony possession of meth and felony possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to use meth.
