Mountain View drops to 2-1 in conference play after loss to Harding Academy Friday night


The Mountain View Yellowjackets lost 48-6 to the number four ranked Harding Academy Wildcats on Friday night.

The Wildcats controlled the game throughout with Mountain View’s only score coming on an 80-yard touchdown pass from Tim Curran to J’Air Jackson.

Sophomore CJ Rose led the rushing attack with nine carries for 41 yards while Jackson led the receivers with 80 yards and a score.

The loss dropped Mountain View to 2-1 in conference play and 3-3 overall while Harding Academy improved to 3-0 in conference play and 6-0 overall.
