The Batesville Pioneers lost a heartbreaker to Forrest City on Friday night, falling by a final score of 42-41 at Mustang Stadium.
The Pioneers got three touchdown runs from Ethan Ridgel, one covering 58 yards.
The Pioneers also got two rushing touchdowns from Eli Livingston and one from Jace Daugherty.
Livingston also completed a two-point conversion pass to John Todd Stalker.
The Pioneers fall to 2-4 on the season, 2-1 in 5A East play.
The Pioneers will host Wynne next Friday at Pioneer Stadium for homecoming.
