Mountain View scored 28 points in the third quarter to propel the Yellowjackets to a 56-14 victory over the Marshall Bobcats at Marshall High School.
Mountain View senior quarterback Tim Curran had five rushing touchdowns of 43, 36, 42, 38, and 81 yards and a passing touchdown to J’Air Jackson for 43 yards to lead the Yellowjacket big-play offensive attack.
Curran finished the night with 328 yards rushing on 13 carries and 5-5 passing for 89 yards and another touchdown.
Payton Wilson and Sawyer Robinson both added rushing touchdowns to round out the scoring.
The Yellowjackets forced four turnovers, two coming on special teams, as they improve to 4-3 overall and 3-1 in conference play.
Marshall dropped to 3-4 overall and 2-2 in the conference.
