After a sting operation in which confidential informers were used, court docs note Joseph D. Lewis (pictured, left), 29, is charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, namely crystal methamphetamine, and two counts of unlawful use of a communications device.
After a traffic stop on Hwy. 14 and an ensuing search, Azra Thomas Sweeney (right), 40, was charged with possession of meth with the purpose to deliver, endangering the welfare of a minor in the first degree, and three traffic violations including driving on a suspended driver’s license, according to court records. In addition, Sweeney is being charged as a habitual offender.
The third person charged in circuit court on Monday was Charley Mardean Sisk, 29.
