Batesville pick up a big win versus Blytheville Friday night, 47-22

The Pioneers picked up a big win in their quest to return to the 5A playoffs with a 47-22 victory over Blytheville.
The Pioneers got two rushing touchdowns from John Todd Stalker and Eli Livingston, as well as a touchdown run from Jarett Vickers.
The Pioneers also got a 44-yard touchdown pass from Livingston to Justin Lewallen, as well as a 31-yard field goal from Alejandro Medina.
The Pioneers also got a safety when under heavy pressure from Jimmy Freeman III, the Blytheville quarterback was called for intentional grounding in the end zone.
The Pioneers improved to 3-5 on the season, and 3-2 in the 5A East.
The Pioneers will host the Greene County Tech Golden Eagles on Friday night at Pioneer Stadium.
