A Timbo, Ark., man has been charged in Stone County Circuit Court with possession of a controlled substance, namely crystal methamphetamine. The arresting officer described the suspect as “nervous” during the incident.
The arrest warrant and charge against John E. Skorheim, 59, came from a traffic stop early Wednesday evening, Oct. 23, by Lt. Dammon McGilton of the Stone County Sheriff’s Office.
Meth was found in a cup holder of the vehicle Skorheim was driving, inside a cigar package, according to authorities.
A bail on Skorheim of $5,000 has been set.
